London Forum organiser charged under Race Act

Jez Turner during his anti-Shomrim speech in 2015

Jez Turner – organiser of the London Forum – has been charged with “inciting racial hatred” in connection with his speech at the “Anti-Shomrim” rally in Whitehall on 4th July 2015.

The Zionist lobby group “Campaign Against Anti-Semitism” had brought a legal action to force the Crown Prosecution Service to bring charges against Mr Turner, even though the CPS had originally decided he committed no offence.

An initial hearing will be held at 1.30 pm on Monday 30th October at Westminster Magistrates Court, Marylebone.

Meanwhile another prosecution instigated by the CAA sees anti-Zionist folk singer Alison Chabloz facing charges under the Communications Act, relating to songs uploaded to YouTube. A full day’s hearing of this case will take place at the same Marylebone court on October 25th at 10 am.

Ms Chabloz was arrested again last Wednesday and subjected to an extraordinary 48 hours of custody including travel from London to Derbyshire, following alleged breach of bail conditions.

While we are restricted in reporting these cases at the present stage of proceedings, there will be full updates in forthcoming editions of H&D.

Remembering two British Sergeants 70 years after their brutal murder

July 29th was the 70th anniversary of a brutal terrorist outrage which our treacherous political establishment now wishes to forget: the murders of two young British Sergeants serving in Palestine, Mervyn Paice and Clifford Martin.

Paice and Martin were kidnapped by the Irgun, a Zionist terror group whose leader Menachem Begin later became Prime Miniser of Israel.  They were held for eighteen days in bestial conditions, tortured and finally murdered.  Their bodies were left hanging in a eucalyptus grove near the Palestinian town of Netanya, where a mine was planted, exploding when British soldiers tried to cut down the bodies.

The Forgotten British Heroes Campaign, now chaired by Heritage and Destiny assistant editor Peter Rushton, held a memorial event in Bristol to mark the anniversary.

A wreath was laid at the grave of Sgt Paice in the churchyard of St Mary’s, Stoke Bishop, followed by a meeting in central Bristol addressed by Richard Edmonds, Jez Turner, Lady Michèle Renouf and Peter Rushton.

FBHC has previously held two demonstrations in Trafalgar Square, London, outside the Church of St Martin in the Fields, where a Stern Gang terrorist bomb was planted in March 1947 by Robert Misrahi. This Zionist bomber went on to enjoy an academic career in Paris where he still lives today, untroubled by prosecutors. FBHC is calling on the British authorities to extradite Misrahi for questioning about the Trafalgar Square bomb and other Stern Gang atrocities including the 1948 murder of Rex Farran.

Western Spring’s Memorial Tribute to John Tyndall

The Western Spring organisation has for several years set a very high standard of professional events at high quality venues: this year’s John Tyndall Memorial Meeting was an outstanding example. Held at a high-class conference venue in the West Midlands on July 1st, the meeting was attended by more than thirty members drawn from a wide spectrum of 21st century British nationalism.

Groups represented included the National Front, British Movement, British Voice, the British Democratic Party and the London Forum. It was especially encouraging to see a very wide range of age groups in the audience: John Tyndall’s continuing relevance was brought home not only to his own age group but to a rising generation of nationalist intellectuals in their 20s.

Max Musson of Western Spring chaired the event and gave the opening address. He reminded us that John Tyndall’s career in the forefront of the nationalist cause had encompassed periods of division and enfeeblement as well as the times of political advance that had shaken the establishment in the 1970s and 1990s.

This event showed that nationalists can cooperate and recognise that far more unites us than divides us: that – as Max pointed out – is part of John Tyndall’s legacy to our movement.

H&D‘s assistant editor Peter Rushton was the next speaker (see video above): he claimed that despite the fissiparous state of nationalism in 2017, the broader political context was more hopeful than it seemed. The surprisingly strong vote for Jeremy Corbyn’s far-left Labour Party indicates that the liberal hegemony is now over.

John Tyndall always insisted that our most deadly enemies were in the Conservative Party rather than on the left. I suggested that for almost forty years our nation had been infected by a ‘Blatcherite’ consensus common to both Margaret Thatcher’s Tories and Tony Blair’s New Labour, then followed by their lesser imitators.

The poison administered by these ‘Blatcherites’ combined social liberalism (an attack on traditional values, undermining the family, social discipline and of course racial integrity) and economic liberalism (enslaving Britons to a deregulated global market, whose masters demand unrestricted immigration to drive down wages and working conditions). These assumptions are now threatened by Corbyn’s undiluted socialism: nationalism should wake up to this new reality and recognise that they should abandon ‘Tory-lite’ policies: our times demand radical racial nationalism with a clear ‘socialist’ edge. Rebuilding a White Britain will not (at least in the short term) mean tax cuts and reducing state intervention: quite the opposite in fact.

Richard Edmonds was the next speaker (see video above). Now a member of the National Front Directorate (where he also served when John Tyndall was NF Chairman during the party’s peak years in the 1970s), Richard is perhaps best known to H&D readers for his years as BNP National Organiser and proprietor of the famous Welling bookshop during the late 1980s and ’90s. Richard paid tribute to JT’s phenomenal energy in building and rebuilding political movements, first through the NF’s vicissitudes, then starting again after 1980 through the New National Front, developing into the BNP and once again becoming the leading voice of pro-White politics.

Throughout this time JT produced the monthly journal Spearhead, a consistent and courageous voice for undiluted and uncompromising racial nationalist values. Spearhead’s values stood in stark contrast to the post-1945 ‘Western’ establishment, and that monolith is now crumbling, typified by the decline and possible collapse of the NATO alliance.

Folk singer Alison Chabloz (see interview in H&D 79) concluded the morning session with several satirical songs casting a fresh light on that political and judicial establishment, and of course the unmentionable ethno-religious group whose grossly disproportionate influence cannot be discussed, on pain of prosecution and imprisonment! Alison’s prosecution (initially at the instigation of the Jewish ‘charity’ Campaign Against Antisemitism but now taken over by Crown prosecutors) is continuing with further hearings scheduled during summer and autumn 2017.

Steve Frost of British Movement, longstanding colleague and biographer of Colin Jordan, opened the meeting’s second half with a fascinating and often amusing discussion of the Jordan-Tyndall political alliance. CJ and JT had been comrades in an underground national socialist organisation during the 1950s, influenced by NS veteran Arnold Leese. They had both been active in A.K. Chesterton’s League of Empire Loyalists, then JT had joined CJ in the 1960 version of the British National Party and its 1962 split which became the National Socialist Movement.

Although Steve Frost made clear that John Tyndall emphasised a specifically British version of racial nationalism (in contrast to Colin Jordan’s ‘purist’ national socialism with a European focus), he also pointed out that CJ and JT retained a longstanding political and personal friendship often mischaracterised by journalists who tended to assume that they had fallen out since the 1960s.

Mark Collett – author of the new book The Fall of Western Man (reviewed in the forthcoming H&D Issue 80) – was the penultimate speaker. He had of course been a co-defendant (alongside John Tyndall and Nick Griffin) in an infamous criminal trial at Leeds Crown Court in 2005 under Britain’s notorious race laws. JT died on July 19th 2005 two days before he was due to appear in Leeds for trial proceedings; Mark Collett and Nick Griffin were eventually acquitted in 2006 after two trials.

In an inspiring speech, Mark Collett paid tribute to JT’s life of dedicated political principles: a life that embodied excellence in an era when Western Man has been taught no longer to aspire to excellence.

Jez Turner of London Forum – who like Mark Collett has emerged as one of the leading figures in post-Tyndall British nationalism – gave a rousing call for renewed dedication to the essential principles of our movement: defence of Race and Nation. These principles go way beyond the narrow obsessions with Islam and/or the European Union that have dominated so much supposedly ‘patriotic’ politics in recent years. Like John Tyndall, we should not be afraid to identify the roots of our national crisis in unflinchingly racial terms, and to call boldly for racial renaissance. With a new generation of leaders of the calibre of Jez and Mark, John Tyndall’s legacy is secure.

Then in the closing address to this very well organised event, chairman Max Musson gave an acute analysis of our movement’s critical choice, as to whether to persist with what Max regards as the blind alley of electoral politics or to accept that rebuilding a White Britain requires a very different approach, focused on offering a positive alternative by which White nationalists can create their own businesses and effectively their own communities. Max’s proposals deserve the fullest consideration by nationalists not only in Britain but around the White world.

London Forum and Antifa Lies

Earlier today Jez Turner’s London Forum held another successful event at a South Kensington hotel.

Many lies are circulating on “anti-fascist” Twitter and Facebook sites about their supposed success in closing down this gathering.  Several “anti-fascists” have displayed almost unbelievable ignorance in stating this was a “Britain First” event, which could hardly be further from the truth!

Antifa claimed at various stages during the afternoon to have close down the meeting, or to have blocked speakers from attending.  In fact the event continued until its scheduled closing time and no speaker was blocked: the truth is that even H&D‘s assistant editor walked through Antifa thugs into the venue, after a brief delay at the hotel doors when he was able to eat his sandwiches and drink his coffee while being screamed at by a brave mob of 40 “anti-fascists”.

More news to follow: numerous photos of unmasked Antifa are being assessed.

Victims of Communism – and British government hypocrisy

H&D assistant editor Peter Rushton joined former NF and BNP national organiser Richard Edmonds and London Forum founder Jez Turner at a demonstration in Kensington, London, on August 7th to commemorate the victims of worldwide communism.

The event was held at the Yalta Memorial Garden, a site opposite the Victoria & Albert Museum.  In 1982 this memorial was installed following a campaign led by Count Nikolai Tolstoy, specifically to remember the thousands of men, women and children deported by British authorities to face torture and execution at the hands of Stalin’s KGB and Red Army shortly after the Second World War.

The original memorial was wrecked by communist vandals at the instigation of the Soviet Embassy and had to be rebuilt and rededicated in 1986.

Video footage from this year’s memorial event can be viewed below.

Forgotten British Heroes remembered at Trafalgar Square demo

On July 30th ex-servicemen and British patriots including members of many different parties and movements gathered at Trafalgar Square for a demonstration in memory of Forgotten British Heroes.

The event was held on the spot where in March 1947 Jewish terrorists exploded a bomb, at a social club for British colonial servicemen.  The bomber – Robert Misrahi – escaped punishment and went on to become Professor of Ethical Philosophy at the Sorbonne in Paris, one of the world’s most prestigious universities.  Misrahi is still alive and politically active.  The FBHC is liaising with Scotland Yard to secure his arrest, since he not only committed the London bombing but was a leading operative of the terrorist group – the Stern Gang – who sent a letter bomb which killed Rex Farran (young brother of British war hero Roy Farran) at his family home near Wolverhampton – a murder which remains officially unsolved.

Speakers at the demonstration and at a subsequent meeting in a central London hotel included veteran British nationalists Martin Webster and Richard Edmonds; London Forum founder Jez Turner; former BNP regional organiser Julie Lake; and H&D assistant editor Peter Rushton.

Video from the event can be seen below, and further information is available from the campaign website.

BNP mystery after failure to register

BNP treasurer Clive Jefferson and Merseyside Police putting on a good show for potential donors

Anti-fascists and mainstream journalists have been celebrating the demise of the British National Party after it was struck off the Register of Political Parties a fortnight ago, apparently having failed to submit its registration fee of just £25.

These celebrations might be seen as belated – since in terms of serious politics the BNP ceased to exist some time ago.

Or they might be seen as premature – given that the party should be able to register in a few weeks time without difficulty.

It’s not yet clear whether such a re-registration would be in time for the BNP to stand candidates in the London Mayoral and Assembly elections and other local contests.  Nomination papers for the Mayoral election have to be submitted by March 31st – but that’s only one obstacle.  The deposit for this election is £10,000, and 330 signatures are required – ten from each of the 32 London boroughs and ten from the City of London.

This collection of signatures will be an immense administrative task for a party that now only has functioning branches in two or three of those boroughs.

All this raises a question more interesting than the confected media storm over the party’s failure to register.  Just what is going on inside the dying BNP?

As H&D explained some time ago, the BNP now exists not as a functioning political party but merely in the hope of collecting legacies from the wills of misguided patriots, no doubt including some tragic cases who made their wills back in the days when the BNP seemed a serious organisation and are now too enfeebled by age to change them.

In charge of the party’s finances is 49 year old Clive Jefferson, a man well known to the police and the criminal fraternity. A couple of years ago Jefferson joined forces with Patrick Harrington to oust Nick Griffin from the BNP leadership and instal Adam Walker.

Even some of those who were happy to see the back of Griffin and remained loyal to the Walker-Harrington BNP have since quit in despair, partly because of Jefferson’s pervasive influence. Among the most recent departures were long serving Leicestershire councillor Cathy Duffy and London organiser Steve Squire, who were among the BNP’s few remaining serious activists.

London BNP organiser Steve Squire, who quit at the end of November just after the BNP's proscription of three nationalists groups

London BNP organiser Steve Squire, who quit at the end of November just after the BNP’s proscription of three nationalist groups

Just at the time when they should have been ensuring that electoral registration was in the post before Christmas, BNP head office were busy “proscribing” several other nationalist organisations with links to Steve Squire and other respected figures in the movement. (“Proscription” is a Stalinist term employed by the BNP frequently since Nick Griffin’s time – it means that no BNP member is allowed to have any contact with a “proscribed” member or organisation.)

The proscription notices were for some reason not publicised but were issued on November 28th in an obscure section of the BNP website.  Newly proscribed organisations were:

  • British Renaissance, so far a mostly internet based umbrella group organised by Jack Sen, who organised a Sunday lunchtime conference in Southport, Lancashire attended by many movement veterans in the same week as the proscription
  • European Knights Project, an international body with ties to South African and American nationalists who had provided financial backing for Jack Sen during his much publicised split from UKIP, and had also supported Steve Squire’s London BNP campaigns
  • London Forum, one of the most successful nationalist ventures of recent years, organised by ex-serviceman Jez Turner and providing platforms for a wide range of nationalists and patriots including some in the BNP.

Earlier last year Jack Sen had briefly been a BNP member after his much publicised expulsion from UKIP for “anti-semitism” during the 2015 general election campaign, when he was UKIP parliamentary candidate for West Lancashire.  He left the party after a row with Jefferson’s trusted aide and webmaster Chris Barnett.

Jefferson-JackSen

Jack Sen (right) meeting BNP chairman Adam Walker and treasurer Clive Jefferson at Yates’s in Preston city centre, May 2015

Despite this split Jack Sen remained on good terms with some of the last remaining loyal and active BNP organisers in the North West: his Southport event was attended by Eddy O’Sullivan from Manchester, Gary Tumulty and Kay Pollitt from Salford, and Alan Payne a veteran from NF days who was organiser of Manchester & Salford BNP in the John Tyndall era. All of these now face expulsion from the BNP if they remain in connect with British Renaissance – of which Eddy O’Sullivan and Gary Tumulty are executive board members.

The executive board of British Renaissance also includes some of the leading figures from the Griffin-era BNP such as Alwyn Deacon, former West Midlands regional organiser and National Elections Officer, and Paul Hilliard, the Derbyshire organiser who contested the BNP leadership against Adam Walker last year.

While Jack Sen was recruiting some of the party’s best activists, the Walker-Harrington BNP couldn’t even submit a simple registration form on time. However the rump BNP’s factotum Clive Jefferson did find time to register two new limited companies at the end of last year – he had no trouble filling in those forms and submitting the necessary fees to Companies House.

Jefferson is listed as sole director, company secretary and sole shareholder of two companies based at Garden Studios in Covent Garden, a firm which offers business addresses and mail forwarding for £50 a month.  The deposit for this service will have cost Jefferson £200 (or £400 if he also opted for telephone forwarding) – far more than the paltry £25 which he failed to pay for the BNP’s electoral registration.

These two new companies registered by Jefferson (more than 300 miles away from his home on Slatefell Drive, Cockermouth, Cumbria) are Freedom Promotions Ltd (registered on December 22nd) and Freedoms Publishing Ltd (registered on November 13th).  Conveniently no accounts will be due until the summer of 2017.

Clive Jefferson with Nick Griffin's son-in-law Angus Matthys (right), back in the days when they were BNP colleagues and business partners

Clive Jefferson with Nick Griffin’s son-in-law Angus Matthys (right), back in the days when they were BNP colleagues and business partners

It’s possible that these are intended to replace Jefferson’s previous front company Heritage Content Management Limited, which he set up with Nick Griffin’s son-in-law Angus Matthys in July 2013.  This was struck off in November 2015 after failing to submit any accounts. No doubt part of the problem was that the two directors Jefferson and Matthys were at loggerheads following the 2014 ousting of Griffin and his family.

Will the two new companies ever submit accounts? Are they designed to handle BNP assets, legacies and donations? And why can paid employees of the BNP find time to register front companies at posh London offices but not submit simple forms to keep the party in existence and enable it to fight elections? Watch this space…
